The Birches - sleeps 6 to 8

The larger of the two gîtes offering :

ground floor : large sitting room with traditional « cantou » open fireplace. Woodburner with logs provided. This room features a beautifully restored « souillarde » which was the original 18th century scullery. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a utility room and toilet.
first floor : Three large bedrooms: oOne double room with « en suite » bathroom and toilet. One double room and a twin room sharing an « en suite » shower and toilet.

Prices

All household linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) is included free of charge, however a supplement of 70€ is payable to cover the cost of cleaning and laundering after your stay.

Heating, electricity and gas are included in the rental price. A local tax of 0,80€ per day, per person over 18 is payable when you leave.
